How it works

Timed auctions with proxy bidding and a soft close. The buyer pays the platform; the seller ships on our label; funds release when the buyer confirms receipt. Here is the whole path from both sides.

  1. Verify your business

Create a free account, add your business details, EIN last four and a resale certificate or licence. Automated checks run instantly; a reviewer approves most applications the same business day. Level 1 lets you register and bid. Level 2 (bank account on file and one completed deal) is needed for auctions with a reserve at or above $10,000.

  2. Read the lot like we do

Every lot shows the photos (at least 10% of pieces with legible labels), the spec table, the condition grade with its definition, the part-number mix and the verification tier: Photos, AI-checked or Inspected. The seller is anonymised until you have paid; their trust card shows level, deals and rating.

  3. Register for the auction

Registration opens 4 days before the 24-hour live window and stays open until the auction ends. You need a default payment method on file and to accept the auction terms. High-value lots (reserve ≥ $10,000) take a card hold of 5% of the reserve, between $500 and $5,000, released when you do not win.

  4. Bid your maximum

Enter the most you would pay. The system bids for you in increments only as far as needed to lead, never above your maximum. Ties go to the earlier bid. A bid in the last 5 minutes extends the auction by 5 minutes, up to 2 hours, so nobody wins by timing alone. Bids are final.

  5. Pay the platform, not the seller

Win and you have 2 business days to pay by bank debit (ACH), bank transfer or card (orders under $5,000, with card processing added). You pay hammer plus shipping; there are no buyer fees. Funds are held by the platform under the protected payment terms.

  6. Track the shipment

The seller ships within 2 business days of settlement on a FedEx label we issue, with tracking on your order page and signature required. Late shipping lets you cancel for a full refund.

  7. Confirm the count

You have 3 business days after delivery to count and confirm. Confirm and funds release to the seller. Say nothing and they release when the window lapses. Report a short count and a dispute opens automatically.

  8. Disputes

Open a dispute from the order with photos and your count. The seller has 2 business days to respond; staff decide within 5. Either side can request a bench inspection ($250, paid by the losing party) whose report is binding. Outcomes: full release, full refund or a split, written in plain language.
