- Card for orders under $5,000: 2.90% + $0.30 card processing, because card fees are not absorbed on lot sales
- Declared-value insurance 1.0% (min $3.50), required above $2,500
Protected-payment fee schedule
Charged to the seller on each sale as a percentage of the hammer price, with a floor and a cap. The row in force when your auction closes is copied onto the order and never changes afterwards. The launch plan uses the Priority tier.

- An instant buyout offer from ITAD Authority priced on the inspection. Accept and ITAD Authority pays you through its own flow; decline and list or take it back.
- Dispute bench inspection
- $250, paid by the losing party
- Either side of a dispute can ask the bench to count and grade the lot. The report is binding.
