Until then the live counters above are the report. Each note will cover lots listed, deals completed, disputes opened and how they ended, and anything we changed because of them.
What we hold ourselves to
Six commitments. If one of them is ever broken, this page is where we say so.
Fees are stated in dollars before you list
One plan, one protected-payment fee with a cap, payout processing passed through at cost. The schedule in force when your auction closes is copied onto the order and never changes afterwards.
Buyer money is never swept
Funds held under protected payment belong to the deal, not to the platform. Platform payouts to our own bank are made by a person, by hand, only from fees already earned; the automated sweep cannot touch held funds.
Dispute outcomes are published in aggregate
How many disputes opened, how they ended and how long they took, every quarter. Per-member dispute records are shown on trust cards.
The price index is built only from released deals
No asking prices, no scraped listings, no self-reported sales. Thin weeks stay unpublished rather than publish a number one buyer could move.
No pay-to-rank
Auctions sort by ending soonest. Featured placement is sold at a published price and always labelled.

The company behind Memory Traders trades as a house account that cannot bid on its own lots, sees no early data and makes floor offers at published prices.
