For sellers

What will I net?

Type a hammer price. The fee, the payout processing and what lands in your account, next to what the same sale costs on other marketplaces. The arithmetic is the integer maths the order snapshot uses, so the number here is the number on your statement.

How each line is computed

Four lines on the seller side, in the order they are applied.

  1. Hammer price

The winning bid. Shipping is paid by the buyer on top and never appears on your side.

  2. Protected-payment fee

1.5%, capped at $750: the hammer times the rate, rounded to the cent, never above the cap. Snapshotted from the schedule in force when the auction closes.

  3. Payout processing

0.25% + $0.25 on the amount you receive, computed on the hammer less the fee and passed through at cost. The cost of moving money to your bank, shown rather than hidden.

  4. You receive

Hammer less the two lines above. Released when the buyer confirms the count or the confirmation window lapses, then transferred to your Stripe payout account.

The schedule in force

The calculator uses the tier the launch plan is on. The whole table, with every tier, is on the pricing page.

Questions people ask

Is this the exact number I will see on my statement?

Yes, for the hammer price you typed. The calculator runs the same integer arithmetic the order snapshot uses: the fee from the schedule in force, then payout processing on what is left.

Why is there a cap?

So the fee stops growing with the lot. Above $750 the percentage no longer applies; a large lot pays the same fee as a medium one.

What is payout processing?

The cost of moving money to your bank, passed through without margin, shown as its own line so the fee itself stays honest.

Do buyers pay a premium?

No. Buyers pay the hammer price plus shipping at cost, so your hammer is what they bid, not a number inflated by a premium.

Can the fee change after my auction closes?

No. The schedule row in force when the auction closes is copied onto the order and never changes afterwards. Fees, like every window (2 business days to pay, 2 business days to ship, 3 business days to confirm), are platform settings announced in advance.
