For sellers

List it yourself

You photograph the trays, set a reserve and ship on our label once the buyer's money is in. You keep the hammer price less a flat, capped fee. This is the path for shops that already count, photograph and pack their own memory.

Who this is for

The most common path, and the one that pays best per module when you have the hands for it.

What it costs

Two lines, both published, neither growing with the lot past the cap.

The plan

$249/month

Founding sellers list free for 14 days, then the plan price. Unlimited lots and auctions, no listing fees, or $199 a month billed annually. Cancel any time from Billing.

Per sale

1.5%, capped at $750

The protected-payment fee, taken from the hammer when the buyer confirms. Plus payout processing at cost, shown as its own line. Compare: Tradeloop takes 7.5%; eBay takes 13% with no cap.

What you do

Five steps per lot; the first one takes the longest.

  1. Photograph the trays

At least 10% of the modules with legible labels, never fewer than 5 photos. The photo rule, with a calculator.

  2. Enter the spec and an honest grade

Generation, module type, capacity, speed, ranks, quantity, trays, manufacturer mix, origin and whether you tested. The grading scale.

  3. Submit and wait for review

The automated check reads the labels; a person approves, usually within 8 hours on business days.

  4. Schedule it with a reserve

A start at least 24 hours out, a hidden reserve with our suggestion from the index, a start price, an optional buy-it-now.

  5. Ship when the money is in

Once the buyer's payment settles you get the FedEx label and 2 business days to hand the box to FedEx. Photograph the packed box first.

What we do

The parts of a sale that usually cost a seller the most time or the most risk.

Verify every bidder

Each is a verified business with a payment method on file; high-value lots take a deposit hold at registration. No tyre-kickers, no identities to chase.

Run the auction

Proxy bidding, a 5 minutes soft close, a reminder to every registered bidder before the close, and the result the moment it ends.

Hold the money

The buyer pays the platform within 2 business days. You ship against settled funds, and they release to you when the buyer confirms or 3 business days pass after delivery.

Issue the label and track it

A FedEx label at our account rates, paid by the buyer, insured for the declared value, tracked on both order pages.

Decide disputes in writing

Fixed windows, evidence from both sides, a bench inspection when asked. The money waits for the decision.

Put a floor under it

If the reserve is not met, the ITAD Authority floor offer is waiting; you have 48 hours to take it, accept the high bid or relist.

Questions people ask

What does it cost in total?

$249 a month for unlimited lots, free for the first 14 days, plus 1.5%, capped at $750 on each sale and payout processing at cost. No listing fees, no final-value percentage above the cap, nothing when a lot does not sell.

Do I have to ship before I am paid?

No. The buyer pays the platform first. Only once the payment settles do you get the FedEx label, and you then have 2 business days to hand the box to FedEx. The money is held under protected payment until the buyer confirms the count.

Who pays for shipping?

The buyer, at our FedEx account rates, quoted by ZIP at checkout. You never buy a label and never invoice shipping.

Can I cancel the plan?

Any time, from Billing. Auctions already scheduled run to the end; the plan simply does not renew.

What if I would rather not photograph and pack it myself?

Consign it. We count, grade, photograph and ship from our bench, and the lot lists at the Inspected tier, which buyers pay more for.
