Who replies?
Someone from the ITAD Authority bench who has pulled, counted and graded server memory for a living, not a sales script. Replies go out by email within one business day, during Mon–Fri 9–5 ET.
Do I need an account?
No. The form asks for enough to price your inventory and nothing more. If you later register, the conversation is attached to your account.
What will you recommend?
One of three paths with numbers: list it yourself if you have photos and a bench, consign it if you do not, or sell it outright if you want a firm number this week. Sometimes the honest answer is a mix.
